★ Description

The multi-functional CNC spinning machine is derived from European technology, combined with modern CNC technology and advanced processing and testing equipment. In production and application, the equipment has the characteristics of stability, no vibration, large feed rate, and safe operation. The surface of the processed product is smooth and the wall thickness is more uniform. It can significantly reduce material waste, improve product dimensional accuracy, smooth arc transition and accurate arc, and can also greatly reduce the workload of workers and ensure the safety of employees' operations.

★ Spinning process

When using the spinning process, the disc blank is tightly fixed between the spinner core and the tail top. The key point is that the spinner core and the internal shape of the workpiece match, and the spindle drives the blank to rotate.
The spinning wheel applies a controlled extrusion force to the blank in the longitudinal and axial directions, so that the material is gradually squeezed onto the core. At the same time, the spinning wheel alternately moves back and forth in a curve toward the edge of the blank. The final finishing movement makes the workpiece reach the expected size and surface quality.

★ Spinning principle

In the chipless forming process of spinning, a metal disc blank, a blank or a preform is first put into rotation. The metal part is squeezed by the spinning wheel and the metal starts to flow. In this way, complex generatrix shapes can be obtained with minimal tool costs. Various hollow bodies with extremely small tolerances and excellent surface quality. The advantages of the spinning process are obvious: using this process, the wall thickness and contour of the workpiece can be determined with the greatest possible accuracy and can be accurately repeated.
