1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order has been dispatched.

• Free Shipping on all orders over €100

3. Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier automatically selected:

• Standard Shipping: 11–35 business days depending on the country
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local customs clearance.

4. Shipping Zones We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders If your package is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us at support@shoppiline.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, including your order number and photos where applicable.
