Shipping Policy – Shoppiline
1. Order Processing Times
All orders placed on Shoppiline are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, special events), processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.

3. Local Delivery and Pickup
Shoppiline offers a local delivery service:
- Free delivery for orders over €50
- Orders below this amount are subject to a €3 delivery fee
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
4. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Threshold
Free shipping is available for all orders over €75.
For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping service.
Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated (DDP options).
5. International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide.
- Estimated delivery times: 8 to 20 business days depending on the destination
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items
If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at:

Please provide:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged package, if applicable.
After investigation (approximately 5 to 7 business days), we will proceed with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Order Tracking
Every shipped order includes a tracking number sent by email.
- First tracking update: within 24 to 48 hours
- For any loss or delivery delay, please contact our customer service within 7 days after the last tracking scan
8. Restrictions and Exclusions
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for certain express shipping methods
- Some bulky or sensitive items may require specialized transportation services
